    (rangers fastpitch #24) Abby asked:

Did your puppy get sick right after you got him?

    Noah’s answer:

I hope your puppy recovered from his illness. We also got a very sick puppy who spent several nights in an emergency room. It was stressful, but thankfully, she recovered and is a champ now.

    Scott Hildreth asked:

Is there a way to change the colors of the combined calendar for each group?

    Noah’s answer:

    Hi Scott -

We do not currently expose a way to do this yourself, but I went ahead and changed the color of one of your calendars so that they are more distinct. Hope this helps.

    - Noah

    Brett Woodward asked:

How can I edit an event location address?

    Noah’s answer:

Thanks Brett. Good catch. That locations button should not be visible on your personal calendar. Will fix.

    Diane Bode asked:

How can I reset the team's calendar and win/loss record for the new season?

    Noah’s answer:

Hi everyone. Thanks for your patience on this.

We recently added an option to your team's calendar which allows you to start a new season. On your team's calendar click the "Add" button and the third option that drops down will be "Start new season."... Continue reading »

    1. This is great news! Unfortunately, since we've already begun our season (and deleted the previous season's stats) I won't be able to use it until next season - but I AM very excited that it is there! Thank you!!

    2. I would like to retain last years input, but reset the record. Is that what the feature does? Frankly, I would like to keep last years record posted for comparison. In addition, we are using many of the same locations, so I don't want to lose those with a clear feature. Basically, 1) we should be able to create a record by calendar range and name it. You have to do a range because of sports like basketball that have seasons that span from one year to the next. For baseball it is easier, but this would be my example: "Stampede 2009 Season" with range 4/1/09 to 7/31/09. For the year, "Stampede 2010 Season" with a range of "3/15/10 to 8/15/10"; or 2) better yet, I think you should be able to assign each game to a "season". That way you can have two seasons within the same date range. For example, some teams will want to keep track of schedule play and separate that from tournament play. So you can have "2010 Schedule" and "2010 Tournament" -- that would not require a date range.

    3. We currently do retain last year's data, but are not currently displaying it. We do not touch any of your location data - you should see the same locations as you've entered in the past.

Thank you for your suggestions about improving this feature. Those kinds of cases you mention make sense. For now, we tried to optimize for the simplest case, and realize that there's some other cases that do not quite work. We'll work towards fixing those as well in the future.

    4. Thanks, Noah. So, if I were to do the clear and weplay implements the enhancement as I suggested at some point, would the past events reappear and allow me to assign them to a season or record?
      Scott Corrao · April 21, 2010
    5. I don't know if this helps, but I've found that if you copy your calendar from the Agenda tab; you can paste you schedule directly into excel. Until the functionality is updated in Weplay. You can paste the season's information directly into a spreadsheet for season to season comparison and post this as a document to your site if you want your team to have access. It worked for me! Good Luck!!
      Rhonda Evans · April 21, 2010
    6. Hi Scott -

That's right - the past events would reappear when we implement that feature since we don't delete them from our system. To be honest though, I cannot give you a timeline on when we expect such a feature to be implemented. If it's important to you to see past events, either do not use this feature, or take Rhonda's suggestions and upload it as a document. You can also post past season summary information as a message to your group. If you give the message a custom category like "Past Seasons" they will be easier to navigate to. Hope this helps.

    Brandie Bell asked:

where can I get more props???

    Noah’s answer:

There's a few "hidden" props on the site. Hint for one: Blimp. The other, not so hidden: Join the ASA Softball group. We'll be releasing more in the future so stay tuned.
