At that age the bat makes no difference,I would suggest a reasonable price bat and get a hitting instructor.

Im a TAEKWONDO instructor i have seen this problem with many students believe it or not i would recommed building up your calf muscles they will help absorb the shock.and give you greater balance too.

game book , and set up you a account on slugger stats for free and and your stats
you have to know how you are doing in all areas how would you know what to
