    Oscar Mancilla asked:

how can I as a coach to motive my players to be more agrecive?

    J’s answer:

Likewise- practice, practice practice- however improper practice makes imperfevt play so make sure your fundamentals are task specific for the objectives at hand.

    Jim De Boer asked:

What can parents do to squelch an unruly fan?

    J’s answer:

We ask our parents to find a board member (we are all in red offical shirts during games) and to let us know what is occuring. We then remind our parent that we are all there for only one reason and to honor those we are at the field to support..

    Oscar Mancilla asked:

    J’s answer:

I tend to remove the word "aggressive" from our team discussions instead using "determined","assertive" and focus on common objectives in our play and within our team. We believe we can do and will exhibit a can do attitude on the pitch as well as off.
