there is only one thing you could do before every game and that is pray to god that you will not get hit and then you probably wont get hit the ball again and I fill bad for you when you got hit so bye and have a god blessed day.

Does anyone have any great pitching advice for a beginner at the 10u level?
here is a tip stretch out with arm circles(small and then big)after that you could throw the ball further then you are suppose to do so then you could be stretched out that way.

Is it better to make the team stretch prior to their warm-up throws to reduce any pulled muscles??
I would say take a lap around the court and then do your arm stretches and make sore that you stretch your legs out so then you can be loose.

I do not know because,I am not that tall but if I do get tall my coach would put me at the center position but if I have handles I would go back and forth with power forward and center.

I want to switch over to competitive gymnastics from competitive cheer.
I say you do it because,then you can get better at being a cheer leader and may be you could show your cheereading friends some of your gymnastic stuff.
