    Madison Kidd asked:

    Stunts and Mounts

    Micaela’s answer:

If you show her that y'all can tumble, the she might be less evasive about letting you. Tumbling puts on a better show. Anyone can say go team, but it takes skill and determination to be a good tumbler.

Amelia Sykes Dege.- cheer*girl* :-) + BMTH asked:

i need help with my standing full

    Micaela’s answer:

Looking at your other questions, you need to work up to a standing full. If you can't even do a cartwheel, then perhaps thats what you should work on. I don't understand how you can do tumble passes without being able to do a roundoff.

    1. I agree with Micaela you shouldn't be trying a standing full if you can't do a cartwheel. I started gymnastics when I was 2 and I am 11. You should work up to a full starting with all the simple stuff. You should start with a roundoff and handstands!! Then you should try harder stuff!!! GOOD LUCK HOPE I HELPED!!!
P.S. if you need help ask your coach and she should say yes!!!!!!!

    Kharis Dawkins asked:

I heard your not supposed to do backwalkovers without a spotter ? Is that true ?

    Micaela’s answer:

If you can't do it then yeah, obviously. But if you can do it by yourself then theres no reason you shouldn't be able to do it solo. Don't try it on a trampoline, it doesnt work. You can have anyone help you, all they need to do is support your back an... Continue reading »

    Katie The-Cheerleader asked:

How Can I Improve My Flexibility???

    Micaela’s answer:

Stretch, but you have to think mind over body, don't stop when it hurts, that means its actually being worked. You have to hold stretches for a long time too.

    Reylene Abbott asked:

    BACKHANDPRING PHOBIA!!!

    Micaela’s answer:

You just have to trust that he's done it once, he won't do it again. Getting it on your own could always help. that way the only person you have to blame is yourself. I had the same problem, i broke my arm (doing a back walk over, pathetic, i know) and... Continue reading »

Amelia Sykes Dege.- cheer*girl* :-) + BMTH asked:

    back handsprings on trampolines??

    Micaela’s answer:

Its the same as on the floor, the surface just makes you feel unstable. If it's a tumble track i understand, it does feel weird, but a normal trampoline should be pretty easy. Ensure that you aren't stopping your shoulders before they are fully extende... Continue reading »

    Abi Anderson asked:

i dont know how to do a cartwheel and i look positively pathetic in cheer practice...any hope for me?

    Micaela’s answer:

The simplest help I can offer is to start with two feet firmly planted on the ground, then as your hand reaches to make contact with the ground, lift your hind foot so it is in line with your arm. As you're hands are going down or when your hand touche... Continue reading »
