The great thing about baseball is that when you take the field, everybody plays by the same rules. It is much more fair than real life.
Everybody struggles when they get promoted to the big field. Do your best to stay ready.

Many leagues prohit a pitcher from wearing anything white that is not part of the uniform (for example white undersleves are prohibited). There are also other rules like prohiting glove strings that are too long, distracting jewelry etc.

Fear of the ball is the most common problem for young hitters. I coach a team of 9&10 year olds, most of them have "happy feet" even when the pitch is over the plate.
