Practice, let go at your hip, and make sure you are in a K position then you can come through and pitch the ball-- go to pitching clinics and practice A LOT!!

Ok on the top where you type in your friends names you type in some random name that would be there and it will give you a list of suggestions and click on the one that says make a group.
