    i meant like on your scholls softball team is it harder or what do they expect you to know but i am pretty sure i know i just wanted to know what it is like at other middle schools

    1. i am sorry if i seem rude but they do need to talk to you and you should still support your team as long as it does not get you in trouble with the coach or doesn't harm u by going

    practice start from where you stoped i have been a cheerleader since i was 4 i did not cheer this year but i will soon pick up from wear i was you have to stretch and get flexible again practice flips just try to cheer again
