    1. Thank you. Excellent idea! Using steps for plyometric (jumping) drills is great for working to increase speed and stamina. Drills like this definitely work for all sports.

    Use the advice above and insure that he gets his head across the front of the opponents chest/body and explode thru with your legs, and remember to wrap up and drive your feet. Tackle with a purpose. And always practice and play with 120%.

    Yes, but in order to do so you have to give a shift call or bust or something. You say it like so, Down.... Shift (make sure they move into position before the next command) Set... hut.

    Do a lot of body weight exercises, eat healthy (lots of green veggies), and get about 30 35 min of cardio 3-4 days out of the week, and get plenty of rest.
