when is a good time to sign up for the ncaa program?

    Tarale’s answer:

What's your situation, and do you mean the NCAA drafthouse or clearhouse thing. Cuz I'm going to be a junior in high school and my coach told me to go sign up for the NCAA Drafthouse/Clearhouse

    Steve Nash or Chris Paul?

    Kayla King asked:

    How do u get faster?

    Tarale’s answer:

Your hamstrings are the main muscle group that allow you to run faster, so workouts targeting that group would be good. Also, flexible hamstrings and quads help in max performance. Sprints up a large hill works greatly.

    asked:

What is a drill to make my bat speed faster?

    Tarale’s answer:

I'm not a baseball or softball player, but I know that strengthening your core is important. Also, exercises that target your obliques with help. Of course just practicing hitting is good, if you can incorporate resistance with it.

    Tarale’s answer:

Yeah. It depends on what sport your coaching, and what aspect of it you want advice on. I'd be glad to help you with basketball or strength and conditioning questions.

    Brittany Adamczyk asked:

How can i become more aggressive while in a game?

    Tarale’s answer:

It's all about how bad you want it. Aggressiveness is mental, not physical, sort to speak. If you believe no one can stop you, and you practice and play like that, you'll be good. Leave everything on the floor.

    Tarale’s answer:

Find workouts that target your calves and hamstrings. Plyometrics is a great way to improve your vertical. A drill that I do is called Chinese-Squats. All you do for this drill is squat with your body weight. First, squat down, making sure your knee do... Continue reading »
