Kelly Erney Hi, Sb. Yes, I know them. Todd's Uncle Howie is their mom's boyfriend. So, they are kind of like Todd's cousins. When Todd was at their house this past summer Bradley told Todd he was your friend. See you this weekend. Do good at the game on Saturday. Go Raiders!
Dwight Harris to Kelly Erney Kelly, I saw Doug practice yesterday at the mincamp. Already, he looks better than the northeast qb from the last year. His throws have a flatter trajectory (meaning that they will find the receiver easier) and his throws were where they needed to be thrown, unlike the other qb that often threw behind his receiver. Please share this with Dave and Doug (who's names I always confuse) for encouragement to work hard, and motivation to showcase his leadership skills. I think he should start at qb, and he has a chance to do so. I hope that you can share a game schedule with us, as it would be good for Drew to see a game or two. By the way, please join the Lehigh Valley Sports Network. We can all learn from you and your family, and compare notes.
Dwight Harris, Jr.
Kelly Erney Hi, Dwight. Well, the name of the camp was FBU (Football University) and it was held two weekends ago at Rutgers University. But, he didn't attend as we were in Tennessee. His travel baseball team was competing in a Super NIT tournament. He does start middle school workouts the week of May 24th and he is totally excited. Also, I just wanted to let you know that we didn't forget about signing Todd up for Raiders. Just haven't been around the past two sign up times. And, do you realize that Todd is only 9 and won't be 10until November. But, he has to play with the 105's because of his weight. He's actually maxed out right now at 105, but we're hoping with baseball season in full swing, he's in the wrestling room 1 night a week and with summer coming he'll shed a few pounds. Good to hear from you! See you soon!
Dwight Harris Kelly, I am not nearly as busy as you are yet. However, one day I might be...sounds fulfilling but exhausting.
Like Todd, Evan is 9 and won't be 10 until October. Evan only weighs 78 lbs. Though he has been playing with the 105 lb team as an equal, we decided to play him on the 90 lb team thus far.
Please let me know if there is anything that I can do to help you sign up Todd for the 105 lb team. What position does Todd play? We are looking forward to having him over on Sundays to play with the boys. Normally that is 2pm (this Sunday 3pm).
Where are the tryouts (what middle school)? Please tell Erney that the Harris family (Drew's dad and co.) wishes him "the BEST of LUCK" with tryouts. I'm certain that he'll be awesome!!
