very easy ......... pick a spot on the court line your body up and put your elbow holding the ball under pionting at the basket........but then after that it is just practice

depends on what catagory you are com paring them to........ but lebron and carmelo is are good all around players........but on pionts kobe....... but that is only because he is a ball hog carmelo and lebron auctually pass it........
