How can we further improve youth bowling

What can/should be done to help keep the current youth membership as well as what will work to bring in more youth bowlers?

High School bowling is blowing up all over the country and more and more colleges are establishing bowling programs. However, there must be things even more simple to improve the sport of bowling.

Your thoughts...

From experience many youth organizations have zero marketing within their area. A couple of years ago I asked a major bowling center operator, who within their company handles youth bowling? They told me they had no one that did that function.

With hundreds of centers the company had no one. Even in the center we purchased the youth organization relies on people entering the door for new bowlers. The BPAA's in school bowling may be an answer if somebody uses it.

we use in school bowling and have 2 high schools doing gym glasses and 2 elementary schools visiting and we still don't increase our youth membership....Who's got the magic pill?

The center that my wife and I volunteer at is always asking what we can do to increase enrollment . Our answer for some time now is, advertise. But the center can't seem to look past the part where they have to spend money to do anything
