    There are these training balls that are a little bit heavier that you can throw 5-10 minutes a day.

    Is it safe for boys that are as little as 6 to play full contact football. I had read that it wasnt recommended until they were 12.

    Nanee’s answer:

    The older you get the stronger you get, but that goes for everybody else too. As you get bigger others do too so 6 year olds are just as safe as 12s.

    Light Cardio- 8
    Heavier Cardio- 10
    Muscular Endurance (very light weights, pushups)- 11 or 12
    Muscular Strength or building- 14

    A simple throwing warmup can act as a stretch for a player. They should stretch before throwing hard.
