I am a LL pitcher. How do I strenghten my pitching arm?
There are these training balls that are a little bit heavier that you can throw 5-10 minutes a day.

The older you get the stronger you get, but that goes for everybody else too. As you get bigger others do too so 6 year olds are just as safe as 12s.

What is the right age to have my son to start training?
Light Cardio- 8
Heavier Cardio- 10
Muscular Endurance (very light weights, pushups)- 11 or 12
Muscular Strength or building- 14 -
Is it better to make the team stretch prior to their warm-up throws to reduce any pulled muscles??
A simple throwing warmup can act as a stretch for a player. They should stretch before throwing hard.
