Over stretches :P put the front leg on a higher surface. hold for 1 1/2 minuets..(more or less) then switch legs. For middle put one leg up on the higher surface then after a minuet switch so you stretch both sides.

To work on jump try standing by your bed and preform the jump land on the bed in the jump position. (it helped me ALOT!)
