squeeze your stomach and rearend muscles extremely tight, along with your legs, shoulders, and back. at the same time, relax them. it will make more sense when you do it.

stretch all of your muscles a few times a day and do splits at least twice a day. remember to stretch your back also.

When your parent or whom ever is yelling at you every single game and pratice what do you do?
i usually just ignore them and ask them to tell me everything afterwards.
