    squeeze your stomach and rearend muscles extremely tight, along with your legs, shoulders, and back. at the same time, relax them. it will make more sense when you do it.

    what kind of stretches should i do in order to eventurally get a hel stretch, scorpian, and bow & arrow..im not flexible really right now?

    stretch all of your muscles a few times a day and do splits at least twice a day. remember to stretch your back also.
