My picture quality is unacceptable. What is the solution?

I did receive your message and have read the message you sent to the board. Although it is not my responsibility to respond to the message sent to the board, I will respond to your message now posted on my wall. I have heard your side of the picture issue and have spoke with the photographer. I am not in a position to decide who is right and who is wrong. The photographer offered to refund your money if you are not satisfied with your picture quality. We will keep your displeasure with the photographer in mind when choosing the photographer for next season. If you have further issues please bring them to the President of the league.
