    well you need to have at least one kind of split a cartwheel roundoff handstand backbend try a handspring if you cant do it then they may teach you but always look at the croud and smile!:)

    u start backtucks in level 5 or 6 so dont try it and make sure you get ur coach to try and help you with the handspring!

    try it on a trampoline first so you dont hurt your head if you fall but go in to a handspring and push off you have to have power so start jumping and then go in to handspring and push off its pretty easy

    my daughter turns 7 in may and wants to join cheerleading and gymnastics.what would be a good place to start

    id put her in level 1 for gymnastics id pick gymnastics because if she gets hurt its not the spotters fault it all her but cheerleading i know a girl who got dropped on her head because of her spotter!so u should put her in level 1 gymnastics!:)
