    1. thats not very safe you shouldnt do it at home for the first time. take some gymnastics or tumbling classes if you want to learn how to do it.

    basically it's sorta like doing the bridge, expect in the air, and u flip and land, lol it's sorta hard to explain in words, but u can always go to www.youtube.com and look it up, it'll give u a better picture of the stunt.
