Most of the time you do have to be able to do a toe touch to make varsity. But if you cheer really well they may sometimes make an exception

Stretch and then practice jumping high. after that when you think that you're ready practice a toe touch

try forming a V for there line up. let the opening part of the V face the back and the bottem face the front. If that makes sense. Start from tallest to shortest.

When I swim I have to plug my nose and so I can't do cannon balls right. Is there a way where I don't have to hold my nose?

when you jump aas soon as you hit the water blow bubble out of your nose. but don't inhale under water do that b4 you hit the water, this way you can stay under longer and swimm without having to hold your nose.
