Okay well it WILL go well if you pay attention and try hard! Remember they are there to help you so there would be no reason for it to not work out! :o)

DO YOU HAVFE TO BE ABLE TO DO A TOE TOUCH TO ORDER TO MAKE IT IN VARISY CHEER?
Well yes it is VERY helpful if you have your toe touch down by the time to try out for varsity cheer but if you want you can ask your friend to help you with your toe touch so that you can be really good at them! Just stretch a ton and jump super high!

Just ask around for local cheer spot and really start researching!

how do u get more flexible to do ur splits
You have to stretch a lot and try to just push it down a little each time! When you are watching commercials just stretch them!

I want to tryout for middle school cheer, but I deont know where to start!
Stretch a ton! Also practice your toe touches because they are going to be looking for those! Also practice tumbling! If you have a smile on your face and use tons of facial expressions you will get in! Good luck!

What should i eat (and drink) each day to eat healthy?
Fruits, vegetables, and lots of protein! Drink tons of water too!

I need to be more flexible and FAST! How can I do that?
When you are watching t.v. practice your scorpions and strattles! Stretching is pretty much the only thing that can help you but stretching is easy enough and if you do that enough you will get flexible again!
