    chelsea is right...as long as the back isn't causing you to 'toe' the stunt, then
    she's doing her job...

    if the back is putting too much forward pressure on you vs. lifting, then this would be a safety issue...

    it is illegal for the back spot to hold the foot of the flyer..they may hold the ankle, if they can reach it, or support the wrists of the side spots...thinking about the physics of the stunt, holding the foot may cause the flyer to have a false sense ... Continue reading »
