    Erlinda Martinez asked:

Is it better to make the team stretch prior to their warm-up throws to reduce any pulled muscles??

    Dwight’s answer:

    Yes,
It's always good to stretch some, prior to throwing. You never know when that little tweek may pop up in a shoulder or elbow.
Take it from me. I played 13yrs. of professional baseball, and had my share of injuries here and there.

    Gar Seigla asked:

How do I instill a winning attitude as a coach and still make the game FUN for the kids?

    Dwight’s answer:

Add different drills, and make it competitive and challenging in practice.
You as a coach will get the best out of kids when the game is fun.
Win or lose as long as you give it your all every game, you are a winner.
    Go get'em Coach!

    Thomas James asked:

looking for a summer traveling baseball team for 16 year olds

    Dwight’s answer:

I would check with The Parks and recreations department.
They should be able to help you locate something around the 105 or the 405 area.
Hope it works out for you.
