my favoroite is the Combat which has lisa fernandez on it... its a heavier bat but when you swing it it feel light(helps bring your hands through) and it comes out of the box 90% broken in. My next favorite bat is my mayhem which is a little lighter

i had the same problem and my batting coach had me stand on a plank wide enough to have balance but if you do not step forward you lose you balance... basically this is a repitition drill to keep on the plank by stepping forward
