    it's okay to be cocky.
    cocky means confident & confidence makes you play even better.

    well, no! everyone makes mistakes & no one's perfect!
    it's actually good to make mistakes so you know how to fix them so they don't happen again.

    unless your playing football gets in the way of playing soccer, then no.
