about how much does an average 13 year old flyer have to wheigh?

    Elizabeth’s answer:

Don't try to lose weight to become a flyer because it will only hurt you rather than help you. Every position is important otherwise there would be no flyer

I need to learn how to do a back flip and a side split

    Elizabeth’s answer:

you just have to stretch your side splits a lot. you will eventually get it all the way down. for the back tuck you will need to be able to do a backhand spring first. also dont try it without a spot. go to a tumbling class or open gym.

    Ethan asked:

When I swim I have to plug my nose and so I can't do cannon balls right. Is there a way where I don't have to hold my nose?

    Elizabeth’s answer:

you have to blow out your nose hard when your about to hit the water. Since you are doing a cannonball then you want to blow hard so no water gets in your nose. You could also wear the goggles with the nose piece on them so you dont have to do anything.
