“Erek really didn't have too much to do today, but one high point springs into mind from todays game when we were a goal down and were pushing forward trying to get an equalizer. Because of that we risked being caught on the break. With about 10 minutes ago one such break did occur and ended up with a Lake Wales player hitting a vicious shot from inside the penalty area. Somehow, from right underneath the bar, Erek managed to turn the ball over the bar and kept us with a fighting chance of achieving something from the game.”

“Congratulations to Zach who has been appointed our second deputy Captain for the rest of the season. I didn't think we would need four captains since it was highly unlikely that we would lose two captains on the same day.

Zach gave a great performance today, and he showed great leadership with his vociferous encouragement and a really good performance on the field, leading by example.”

“Good game today, Callum. On many an occasion I have been close to awarding you Player of the Game, but have always gone with others who have had very good games. I think that today you showed a very mature performance at the back and played a good Captain's role!”

“Lots of well worked goals today and it is hard to pick out one, but I have to give the goal of the day to Colton for his free kick. This was something that we had worked on in training this week, and the three guys involved (Daniel, Ruan and Colton) executed it really well!”

“An excellent performance in midfield today. Very controlled game, and led by example. Definitely the best game I have seen you play, Ruan. Good job!”

“Cooper played very, very well considering it was his first game for the team and he has only had 3 training sessions with us. I don't remember him making any mistakes and everything he did looked purposeful and solid. So now you have set the bar high for yoursel, Cooper, and you can't let the standard drop.”

“Goal of the game was a toss up between Logan's first goal, Daniel's and Tristian's, but in the end had to give it to Tristian because he made what was a difficult task look very easy. That header could have gone anywhere but he guided it nicely into the net”
