    just get out and play with ur friends and get in the defence stance and zig zag across the drivway, and have a friend dribble in front of u and it helps u to defend ur guy. thats what i do. and i heard that from lebron

    well what i do is every morning i get a basketball and do drills like i will zig zag across the driveway and every time i turn i will go between the legs or behind the back or cross over.

    u can work on ur upper body by starting out lifting weights at a small amount than as u go u can lift weights that weigh more
