I really wish I could do the splits. Suggestions?
well you just have to start trying them! if you sit in your split- and i mean as far as you can go without pain- for about 5 minutes each leg each day you will begin to see results ;)

If you mess up once or twice is it okay for your coach to kick you of the team?
i'm not quite sure how to answer this, but i would say maybe and then maybe not... perhaps the things you were messing up on were possibly things the coach thought you should have mastered before getting on the team. If they see you messing up on these... Continue reading »
