    It can be a fun way to connect with your team! Also a great place to share calendar of events. That parents can participate and be involved.
    A big part is people not actively using the site not that the site is not good enough.

    Clinics and Lessons...And always throw hard, strikes will come later. It is a big commitment, somewhat financial but more that you need a strong work ethic if your going to be good. :)

    Look for books on how to teach skills for your sport. Assisting can give valuable experience before you take on your own.

    I am trying a trial version of Turbo Stats. But for such a young age group I am surprised at the need to try and keep track of any stats.
