    Coach’s answer:

    Fire him. Plain ans simple. Chemistry is everything and the last thing you want is players on the field quitting.

    1. Coach,
      Not so fast. He may have something valuable to provide the team, and volunteers are often hard to find. Your job as a coach often and usually is not limited to coaching only your players.

    2. True but you can not impose your will upon those who dont want it. If he wants to help the Coach thats between him and the coach. The coach needs to be the line of communication to the players. I.E. " Coach our 3rd base is playing out of position, and I noticed a flaw in their technique, you could try this....." Lexi just cause he's not paid doesn't mean he can't get fired. If Those players feel like he is imposing they will shut down. Just to do the opposite of what he said, its called spite.
