learn how to breathe....make sure to be swinging 2 players before you bat so you're ready and relaxed when it's your turn.. Look at the pitch never guess...self-talk helps alot too

For the basics, it would be shortstop covering 3rd and 2nd baseman covering 1st base and 2nd base would be free but if you want 2nd base covered, Centerfield can do that.
