Repition is the best teacher, every drill you do have them start in their stance. Lineman, linebackers,recievers everyone. After a while they will do it just from habit.

George Kn answered “is it true that boys should wait until they are at least 10 years of age before they play tackle football in order to allow body time to dev” He said:
I think the younger player(under 7) should start with flag. Although all children develop at different rates, parents should gauge based on maturity. Better to start slow rather than discourage the player and have them leave the game.
