If she can hang with the team both in maturity and skill I say let her go. It sounds like she takes pride in her performance and if she isn't challenged her performance may suffer.

What would you do with a allstar coach tah constantly puts her players down and never praises them?
I'm an 8u all-star coach myself and I can say from personal experience - its very frustrating. I have a group of girls from 4 different teams that have been taught, or in some cases, not taught at different levels.

Last year we did a mix to a bunch of Hannah Montana songs. She has the new Hoedown Throwdown and Ice Cream Freeze songs that I plan to use this year. They are both line dances of sorts so its easy for the kids to pick up on.
