There is no enforced file size limit on image uploading, but it's best to keep them reasonably sized so the site loads quickly for your team and other members of Weplay.

Hey Tim,

If you've invited her to your team already, click the members tab and look for the "Edit Organizers" button in the top right corner. There you will be able to give her Organizer privileges and she will then be able to update the calendar.
