    Okay when they lift you into the air tighten all of your body and focus on a single spot!!! Always keep you body straight and if you think your about to fall dont look down and just say cradle and then cradle from there!!!!

    Okay all you need to do is get a sturdy box that can hold you and practice jumping up to it...or you can jump rope and as you progress make the rope smaller and smaller!!!
