how do I get my flyer stretched?
I am a flyer and I stretch with my left leg but I want to strenthen my left but if hurts to do a scorpian and all what can I do?
I'm scared of bandhands and everything tumble backwards help me!!!!! I don't want stuff like "believe in urself" or stuf lik dat real HELP!
I want to learn how to tumb faster while at home.... yes i'll have a spotter what can i do? And also What can i do 2 improve on flexibility?
I want to start to prepare for tryouts even though it's months away can someone giv me a list of things 2 do?
