    Teresa Slagter Luyet asked:

Are you allowed to have mutiple runningbacks move after you say "down" and before you say "set"?

    Chris’ answer:

We move multiple backs during a shift, but they are set one second before the ball is snapped. Once your are down, you cant shift or move. Only one back can be moving when the ball is snapped. In fact, you can line up heavy to one side and totally flip... Continue reading »

    Chris’ answer:

Its not what you say, but what you do. Anybody may move before they are set, and before the ball is snapped (at least one second). The purpose is to afford the defense with the opportunity to know what the final formation is at least one second before ... Continue reading »

    Steve Hilton asked:

What is the best Def for a 9-12 age football team

    Kevin R. asked:

HOW TO GET BETTER AS OF BEING A RUNNINGBACK ....CAN ANYONE GIVE ME ANY TIP'S ,LIKE ANY WORK OUT TIP'S PLEASE?

    Chris’ answer:

Watch film of good an bad runners, and try to figure out what makes some back successful, and others mediocre. You'll find out that that the great backs run then look, while the average backs look then run.

    Steve Hilton asked:

What is the best Def for a 9-12 age football team

    Chris’ answer:

There's a big difference between a 9 and 12 year old team. No real threat of passing at 9. a 5-2 would work well at a younger age. a 4-3-4 probably nore appropriate at 11-12.
