    2. How old are your girls? have u coached or cheered before? Do any of them stunt/tumble? How many girls on your squad? There are great resources on cheerwiz.com Plenty of tools for new coaches but it takes alot of your time, well worth it if the girls are having fun.     go to a local cheerleading gym. i go to one and i have been there one week and i have already had improvements!! they really know what they are doing so they can help you perfect everything!!

    you should always practice doing your kicks. What my squad does is we spell our team name and do a kick for every letter...it helps you get better. Also, you just need to become more flexible so practice your splits.

    Practice your splits all the time! What we did in cheerleading is we all laid on the floor with our bottoms and legs on the waal...and we had each other pull our legs down as far as they would go. If you do this everyday then you will be more flexible ... Continue reading »
