    Kristin Knight asked:

How do I motivate my son to start running and where do I start?

    Brittney’s answer:

well you need to tell him if he wants to stay in shape he will have to run and that it will keep him from haveing alot of stress on him. it is healthy and i think it will really help him if you get out there with him and run.
