My sister church is having a church picnic and they will be playing alot of sports. One of those sports is baseball now let me bring you up to speed. I haven't played baseball in years. I love the sport and have passion but it only get me so far. HELP!!!

Hi Erik. Can't tell from one picture. Your rotating very late in your delivery which is very good. I can tell a little more if you have a picture right at release point and another at front foot strike.
I have a pesonal question about my ptching mechanics. Is there anything wrong wit my mechanics in the photo of me pitching (my avatar, also in my pictures and movies)?

Coach Rob, a great topic to talk about. Thanks. I've posted a response in the BioForce Baseball group as well as my blog here in weplay.
I see so many young baseball players swinging with just their arms forgetting to start with the lower body. What would you suggest to many young players to help them get the legs to do the work. Tips Drills mental adjustments ect.
