If you can't get a pitching machine, how about using the coaches to pitch to the kids? Most of the leagues in our area have coaches pitch.

Don't mean to beat a dead horse here, but anticipate a bad throw. I would work with all the kids on looking at opportunities to help out when things go wrong instead of being the spectator.
