    play differnt sports and pick the one or ones you lke playing the best. i used to play baseball,soccer and basketball and i found the i love the sport basketball and thats the only one i play now :)

    lay on your bed on on the floor and get a basketball and juss throw it up in the air over and over for awhile and it will buit your arm stringth so you can hav a better shooting range and it will help with your shot too.

    i think the best thing to do is try to remember how your coach taught you as a younger person. the best thing to remember is to make sure they learn but they also have fun doing it

    my favorite player is edgar sosa. this dude can hit threes like no other. he hit one from almost half court last year while playing the kentucky wildcats in a rival game hes also great on defense nd he works well with his team and coach Rick Pitino
