Search the internet for easy basic drills ... focus on serving and passing!

http://www.weplay.com/users/dbalasco/answers You didn't say what age group so read thru my answers, there are a lot of questions about coaching at all levels including drills, games and philosophy. Good luck and remember to have fun both you & the kids.

There are several videos and books you can use. However, let me let you in on a little tip. Club Volleyball Leagues LOVE to help out because it could possibly help strengthen their group. Find a Club in your area and ask if they'll "help you".

i'm in the same boat with you. This will be my second season for our community gym, I wanted my daugthers to be interested in something I took time to do for them. Also Volleyball is fun in all levels of ages, just learn together. That's what I'm doing.

Ok hi there im a volleyball player n im currently doing a cub volleyball right now so ya. But my tips r make sure u work on the passing because without passing there is NO game. Then work on the serving. Then the setting. Then the hitting. Move the ball..
