Search the internet for easy basic drills ... focus on serving and passing!
http://www.weplay.com/users/dbalasco/answers You didn't say what age group so read thru my answers, there are a lot of questions about coaching at all levels including drills, games and philosophy. Good luck and remember to have fun both you & the kids.

Sorry for the multiple posts but comments are limited
There are several videos and books you can use. However, let me let you in on a little tip. Club Volleyball Leagues LOVE to help out because it could possibly help strengthen their group. Find a Club in your area and ask if they'll "help you".
i'm in the same boat with you. This will be my second season for our community gym, I wanted my daugthers to be interested in something I took time to do for them. Also Volleyball is fun in all levels of ages, just learn together. That's what I'm doing.
Ok hi there im a volleyball player n im currently doing a cub volleyball right now so ya. But my tips r make sure u work on the passing because without passing there is NO game. Then work on the serving. Then the setting. Then the hitting. Move the ball..
around so they can practice movin there feet. When u have everyone in there pasitions try hitting it HARD because thats how they get better. Ive been playing for a long time n if u need or have any more questions come straight to me. K!
