Listen to Bill, I've thrown out my elbow and went to a specialist it starts from the
shoulder, my son throws right and left handed practice, practice, and pratice.

Honestly I would get together with your local high school coach's and ask them
what kind of program they run plus the practice drills and skills they do. Your
players will be better off for that type of knowledge when they reach for the next
