YES but only if there is a runner on 3rd and she is leading off or atleast go 1/2 way between the pitching rubber and home plate

i hav eone and i like it because one year i want a bout 1/2 an inch from getting a line drive to my face so now i have one and i wear it every game it is a verry good idea

well shaina what i do is i put my hair up on a pony tail and then i take 2 of those hair clips that snap when u move them the mettal kind and i put my bangs up ontop of my head and if u need to one of those hair bands with rubber on 1 side

well what i would do is after practice go up to your coach and talk to him because that would probobly be the best time beacause he wont be as destractid and then he has to listen to you

well some times it is good to listen to them but some times i just have to block them out and listen to my caoch
