No I think everyone has the wrong idea. Some people have it naturally but others have a tough time. You dont just throw youur arms in the air. Thats practically get killed. Its best just to do repition with a coach that is certified.

what are key elements in being a good tumbler
Key elements are: Pointed toes, Straight legs, Best form, and Confidence because if you are afraid to do something you will never get the guts to do it.
-
It's best if you stuck up for your grandfather. No matter what your team thinks being afraid is the worst possibly thing to do.

How do u break a glove in reallly really really fast
I used to play baseball. And the best idea for me was to put on oil and wrap rubber bands around the glove. Then for a couple of nights put the glove under the bed that way the glove gets used to staying in the position that it's wrapped in.

how do you do a front flip in the air?
Start off with high dive rolls it is scary at first but once you get the hang of it the frontflip will be all yours. Don't worry if you don't get it right away a frontflip is very hard to master. Hope this helped.

Make sure you stretch really good before doing skills. Your better off going slow instead of going to intense at once.
-
Your best bet is to stay tight when you hop off this will get better with stretching and of course PRACTICE!!!
