About me – BIOGRAPHY:
Umberto Santiago Antonio Rodriguez (Born February 2, 1957), best known by his nickname, U.S.A. Rodriguez is a coach and inventor of more than 65,000 soccer goal celebrations. The "Cranky Donkey", The Piñata" and "The Sheep Shearer." are just a few celebrations that have been immortalized by the auto-proclaimed Father of Goal Celebration.
Rodriguez's short career as a professional soccer player came to an end on June 26th 1981 when he pulled his left buttocks while attempting a celebration called "The washing machine." He stood during his entire retirement press conference to deliver his final speech: "It hurts very, very much. I'm a going to lay on my stomach for a few days and a decide what is the next for me". A few months later, he was on his way to an illustrious career as a goal celebration Coach.
U.S.A. Rodriguez has traveled all five continents bringing the gift of goal celebration into people's lives. Most recently, he signed a lucrative four-digit contract with Volkswagen of America to help Under-12 kids get in top celebration shape for the Volkswagen Junior Masters World Tournament in South Africa 2010.
U.S.A Rodriguez is the author of the best-selling book: Invite your Inner Goal Celebrator to Come Out and Play with Coach U.S.A. Rodriguez, where he promises to make you the best celebrator you can be.
He has been given the title of Doctor in Goal Celebration by the Academia de la Celebracion del Gol." (Founded by him)
Sixteen of his celebrations were used to celebrate a goal during a friendly match in which Belize beat a team of local celebrities and newscasters.
The biggest soccer stars in the world have ordered personalized soccer goal celebrations from U.S.A. Rodriguez. (It is strongly recommended ordering six months in advance as it is rumored some players have retired waiting for their celebration.)
