Honored to be an All-Star

Hello again everybody on Weplay. This season continues to roll along and we are coming up to the All-Star Game in Phoenix. I have been chosen to play in the game and I am extremely proud. It is a great honor as it is not every day that you have the chance to play amongst the best players in the league.

It's funny because I learned about it just like everyone else, from the news on television. It's great because now we can have a little weekend in Phoenix with my wife and friends.

To be selected as an All-Star is very fulfilling because it shows that I am focused on basketball and that I am working hard. Each year, I work hard to improve. Like during the summers, when I'm working out with no one but maybe a coach in the gym, All-Star is in the back of my head.

Last year I had to miss the game because of an injury, so I wanted to prove to everyone that I was back and really improved in many aspects of my game. So to be picked by the coaches as an All-Star truly makes me happy.

Our team has been playing very well together, we are in second place in the Western Conference and but we do not worry about the attention. It has always been like this for us in that we not to be talked about like the Lakers or Boston. It really does not bother us. It is just the opposite, in fact. We do our job without making noise and we are satisfied about where we are now.

This has been such a fun season and I look forward to seeing what else happens. Will check in again soon,
