Keep trying make sure you work on your rebound so you have enough power to through that stuff. it's complicated but gets easy with practice

I like back tucking into a one arm partner stunt my bottom base is amazing. Glad he's strong it takes being way tight thats for sure!

Well you have to be a really good freshman to be varsity, I've been a cheerleader for 9 years and i made varsity my freshman year. Try hard make sure you have the skills and be really energetic

Is there anyway to learn a back bend without a spotter?
Well i taught this girl how to do it by going like youre going to go back on the wall and walk your way down make your wall like a spotter, if this doesnt make sense ask and i'll record it and put it on here

how do u get more flexible to do ur splits
You just have to keep on practicing your splits and stretching for 20 minutes twice a day that helped me when i was first learning. After i got semi close to the ground i got into all three slpit positions and held them each for 2 min it burns but helps

Been there done that. It sucks dont care what they think if you love cheerleading just go for it it doesnt matter what other people think. Try toning up and practice and in time without trying the weight will turn into muscle
